From the sign-up form to your dashboard.

An expired Emirates ID stops you buying

You cannot buy an exam or a course while your Emirates ID is expired. Your visa status makes no difference — only the Emirates ID does. If yours has lapsed, renew it first.

Finding your way around the dashboard

You land on your dashboard. Everything you have bought is here.

Your PDU points

Your PDU total is at the top right. It updates on its own as you finish courses.

Bought a bundle? Open it to see what is inside

A bundle shows as one item, not as the courses inside it. So if you bought a bundle and cannot see your courses, they are not missing. They are inside the bundle.

Go to the Bundles section.
Click the bundle.
Click the arrow to drop down its contents.

Everything in the bundle is now listed, and you can start any of it from there.

Going back to a course you have finished

Finishing a course does not close it. Next to View your certificate there is an icon that reopens the course, so you can go back over the material whenever you want.

Useful before an exam, when you want to revisit a topic you covered months ago.

In short

Points are top right. Bundles open with the arrow. Finished courses reopen with the icon next to the certificate.

For what to do once you are inside something, see Start what you bought.
